The staff is so helpful! I always get all of my questions answered quickly with big smiles. It’s a pleasure to shop in a place that makes you feel like staff has known you for years.

Always amazing customer service. Danielle is wonderful. I have been shopping at WBU since I found them in the Moultrie Shopping Center many years ago. I have been feeding birds for over 30 years and have found the no mess food to be the best bang for your buck. I have also bought my feeders and pole systems from them. They always stand by their products. I recently talked to Danielle about one of my feeders that I dropped and the plastic cracked. I was going to purchase a new feeder since it was my fault it broke, and she said to bring it in and they would fix it for me. The next time I went in to purchase food I took it in. Zack fixed it for me while I waited. Needless to say, this type of friendly customer service is just one of the many reasons that I continue to shop there. You will never be disappointed 😊

Excellent knowledge and extremely helpful staff. Always a great experience but the two employees that helped me today took exceptional care and attention to make a Mother’s Day gift a success.

What a beautiful store! A magnificent place packed with unique gifts. I purchased bluejay puzzle, socks and cardinal earrings. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not know they could pack so much wonderful stuff in one store. Recommend everyone just take a walk thru.
